The Sierra Nevada Deep Ecology Institute needs your support. Become a member, serve as a volunteer, make a tax deductible (monetary or material) donation. Members receive personal invitations and discounts to SNDEI sponsored events (see benefits). Since we are highly dependent upon volunteers to carry out many SNDEI related functions your help with tabling, mailings, posters, field work, etc. is most welcome. We are also in great need of financial assistance and office supplies would be gratefully appreciated. Your involvement will further our cause of education and restoration.

To purchase a 50-minute program (produced March, 2004 in conjunction with the Sierra Nevada Deep Ecology Institute) of Bill McKibben discussing the reality of global warming, its impact on the environment, and solutions that bring hope for the future.
Percy Schmeiser. "Genetic Engineering, Monsanto and the Future Ownership of Farming". To purchase a 45-minute program of Percy Schmeiser discussing the status of his case (as of March 2004) and the issues that face farmers around the globe including: property rights, health and safety of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and the effects of GMOs on the environment. Dr. Jerry Mander, "Alternatives to Globalization: A Better World is Possible". Sponsored by the Sierra Nevada Deep Ecology Institute, speaker series, March 30, 2003. The program Includes an inspirational introduction by KVMR broadcaster and activist Carolyn Crane.
Dan Dagget. Rediscovering the importance of humans to Nature, from his book "Gardeners of Eden". Dan shows how humans have been managing their resources since the beginning of time and have always had an impact on their environment.
